Flight Club Questions
Is Flight Club a subscription?
No. Flight Club is one complete year purchased with a single payment. It includes four seasonal Flights and does not renew automatically. When the four Flights have been delivered, the membership is complete.
When will my first Flight ship?
New members begin with the next eligible scheduled Flight. Our target shipment windows are generally around March 15, May 15, October 1 and December 1. Enrollment remains open until that Flight’s cutoff, which may occur before its shipment date.
If you join today, your first scheduled release is World 01 , planned to ship around December 14, 2026 .
How does the guided tasting work?
Each Flight includes one scheduled live group tasting, generally held about two weeks after shipment. We taste the chocolates together and explore the origins, craft and ideas behind that edition. Joining details are included with the box. If you cannot attend live, the recording is available to enjoy afterward.
Will every chocolate be unavailable elsewhere?
Not necessarily. Some Flights may include chocolates created specifically for that exploration, while others may draw from chocolates also offered separately. Exclusivity varies by release; the curated question, comparison and guided experience are what make every Flight distinct.
Where do you ship?
Flight Club currently ships within the contiguous United States, and shipping is included in the one-time membership price. Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are not currently available.
Can I give Flight Club as a gift?
Yes. Our dedicated gift membership includes the same four seasonal Flights, guided tasting experiences and contiguous-U.S. shipping. It also lets you add a recipient, personal message, gift announcement and printed welcome card. Enter the recipient’s shipping address during checkout; everything in that order will ship to that address.
