GIFT FLIGHT CLUB QUESTIONS
Is this a subscription?
No. Gift Flight Club is a one-time purchase that includes four seasonal Flights. It does not renew automatically, and there are no future membership charges.
When will their first Flight ship?
Their gift will begin with the next eligible seasonal Flight: World 01.
Order by December 12, 2026 to begin with this edition, currently planned to ship around December 14, 2026.
Shipment dates are targets rather than guarantees. Weather, chocolate quality, or other circumstances may occasionally require a small adjustment.
How does the guided tasting work?
Each Flight includes one scheduled live group tasting, generally held about two weeks after shipment. We taste the chocolates together and explore the origins, craft and ideas behind that edition. Details for joining are included with the box. If you cannot attend live, you can watch the recording whenever it suits you.
Can I choose when the membership begins?
The membership automatically begins with the next eligible seasonal Flight. You do not need to select a starting edition, and all four Flights will follow the established seasonal schedule.
How will the recipient learn about their gift?
Every gift includes a printed welcome card in the recipient’s first Flight. The card identifies who sent the gift, includes your personal message, and explains the experience ahead.
You may also request an email announcement. It can be sent as soon as the order is ready or on a date you choose no later than the planned shipment date of the first Flight. You may also choose No email and let the first package reveal the surprise.
What is included in each Flight?
Each seasonal Flight includes five 30g chocolates selected around one guiding question. The collection is accompanied by a guided tasting experience and recording that connects flavor with cacao origin, genetics, craft, people, and place.
The four recurring themes remain World, Focus, Craft, and Purpose, but the chocolates, origins, makers, and stories change with every edition.
What address should I enter at checkout?
Enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. All four Flights will be sent to that address.
Your own information may still be used for billing. The recipient name, giver name, announcement preferences, and personal message are entered separately in the gift form above.
Can I give more than one membership?
Absolutely. Please place a separate order for each recipient. This keeps each recipient’s shipping address, announcement, personal message, and welcome card connected to the correct gift.
Where do you ship?
Gift Flight Club includes shipping to one address within the contiguous United States for all four seasonal Flights.
Does the recipient need a customer account?
No. The recipient does not need a Wesley’s account to receive or enjoy their Flights. Instructions for the guided tasting will be included with each edition.
