CALM CHOCOLATE
A functional dark chocolate formulated to support a calm, centered state while remaining comfortably present during the day.
Per serving (one dose): L-Theanine 70 mg, Rhodiola Extract 25 mg (standardized to 10% salidrosides), Saffron Extract 30 mg (standardized to 5–10% safranal and/or crocin).
DIRECTIONS
Consume 1 piece during the day, preferably with food. Do not exceed 2 servings per day. Because concentrated rhodiola extract and cacao may feel stimulating to some people, begin with 1 serving and avoid use near bedtime. Do not use continuously for more than 12 weeks without consulting a healthcare professional.
EXTRACT INFORMATION
Each serving provides approximately 2.5 mg of salidrosides from standardized rhodiola extract. Saffron is supplied as a concentrated extract standardized for its naturally occurring safranal and/or crocin compounds.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience significant agitation, restlessness, unusual changes in mood, rapid or irregular heartbeat, fainting, or any allergic reaction.
DO NOT USE WITHOUT MEDICAL APPROVAL IF YOU:
- Take antidepressants or other serotonergic medications, including SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, tricyclic antidepressants, tramadol, triptans, lithium, or St. John’s wort. Rhodiola may increase serotonergic or activating effects.

- Take anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication such as warfarin, clopidogrel, or daily aspirin.
- Take anti-seizure medication, including phenytoin.

POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS
May include stomach upset, nausea, dry mouth, reduced appetite, headache, dizziness, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, or increased salivation. Cacao naturally contains caffeine and theobromine and may cause jitteriness, palpitations, or sleep disruption in sensitive individuals.
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if adverse effects occur.
