A delicious dark chocolate treat formulated to support relaxation and restful sleep.
Per serving (one dose): L-Theanine 72.5 mg, Apigenin 12.5 mg, Ashwagandha (35% withanolides) 10 mg, 5-HTP 25 mg, Melatonin 5 mg.

Directions

Consume 1 piece 30–60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed 1 serving per day. For occasional use only.

Warnings and Precautions

Consult a healthcare professional before use if you:
• Are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
• Are under 18 years of age.
• Have any medical condition, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety disorders, autoimmune diseases, thyroid disorders, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or liver/kidney issues.
• Take any medications or other supplements (see Interactions below).

Do NOT use if you:

• Take serotonergic medications such as SSRIs (e.g., sertraline, fluoxetine), SNRIs, MAOIs, tricyclic antidepressants, triptans, tramadol, or other drugs that increase serotonin levels. Combining with 5-HTP may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome (symptoms may include agitation, rapid heartbeat, high blood pressure, muscle rigidity, or confusion—seek immediate medical attention if these occur).
• Take sedatives, sleep aids (e.g., zolpidem/Ambien, benzodiazepines like lorazepam/Ativan or diazepam/ Valium), opioids, or consume alcohol. This product may cause excessive drowsiness, dizziness, or impaired coordination.
• Take medications for blood pressure, blood sugar (e.g., insulin, metformin), thyroid hormones (e.g., levothyroxine), immunosuppressants (e.g., cyclosporine, steroids), or blood thinners (theoretical risk with apigenin). Ashwagandha may enhance effects on blood pressure/sugar or immune function.

Potential Side Effects

May include drowsiness, next-day grogginess (especially from melatonin), nausea, vivid dreams, headache, or stomach upset. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience any adverse reactions.

Drug/Supplement Interactions

• 5-HTP — 71 major and 30 moderate known interactions (primarily with serotonergic drugs).
• Melatonin + Ashwagandha/L-Theanine — May amplify sedative effects when combined with CNS depressants or other sleep aids.
• Ashwagandha — May lower blood pressure/sugar or affect thyroid/immune function.
No direct interactions reported between L-Theanine and melatonin, but additive relaxation is possible. Always check with a pharmacist or doctor for personalized advice.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, seek medical help or contact Poison Control (1-800-222-1222 in the US).
