We Begin With Place

Every Artisan expression begins with place. We look to its traditions, ingredients, and memories, then translate that inspiration into chocolate.

The Inspiration

The Sweet Crunch of Tradition

Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, churros are a beloved pastry with roots in Spain and a deep connection to Mexican street food culture. Whether paired with a cup of thick hot chocolate or enjoyed on their own, their golden crunch and warm cinnamon aroma have made them a favorite for generations, bringing comfort to bustling plazas, neighborhood bakeries, and family celebrations alike.

The Chocolate Foundation

Before we add a single ingredient, we choose the chocolate that will carry the idea. Its origin and character become the foundation of the finished recipe.

The Recipe

A street-food classic, thoughtfully reimagined in chocolate.

We begin with our Mexico Pure Expression dark chocolate, then recreate the familiar character of a freshly made churro through layers of caramelized panko, cinnamon, and a delicate crisp texture inspired by the pastry's signature bite. The result is a chocolate that captures the warmth, nostalgia, and simple joy of one of Mexico's most recognizable treats.

The Experience

Churros remind us that some of life's most memorable foods are also the simplest. Found everywhere from street carts to cafés, they invite people to slow down, gather together, and enjoy a warm treat fresh from the fryer. This chocolate celebrates that everyday tradition—transforming an iconic pastry into a bar meant to be savored one piece at a time.
