A good shift starts with you.

You’ll welcome guests, ring up sales, and prepare brewed cacao, coffee, botanical soda, yogurt cones, and more. You’ll learn what makes our products special and help people find something they’ll love.

  • Make drinks and treats with care, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Keep the counter, dishes, equipment, and guest areas clean.
  • Follow recipes, food-safety practices, and opening and closing routines.
  • Restock and organize so the next rush—and the next teammate—starts well.
  • Pitch in on other shop tasks during quieter moments, with training and duties appropriate to your age.

Bring curiosity. Follow through.

We’re looking for someone who shows up ready, treats people well, notices what needs attention, and follows through. Someone who asks questions, takes feedback, and cares about the details.

Experience is welcome. So is someone ready to take their first job seriously. No college degree is required.

If you learn by doing, enjoy making things better, and are curious about how a business works, we’d like to meet you.

As Wesley’s grows, there may be opportunities in chocolate making, baking, recipe development, and helping open or lead future locations.

Those opportunities begin with the trust we build working together. This opening is for front-of-house service. Future roles will depend on the business’s needs, your interests, and the skills and judgment you develop.
